These Terms of Service govern your use of vitroswell.com and any purchase you make from it. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order you accept these terms.

1. Who we are

This store is operated by Vitroswell, based in Jaén, Spain. You can reach us at vitroswell@gmail.com. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Vitroswell; "you" means the person using the store or placing an order.

2. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that you are.

3. Products, prices and availability

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes where required, unless stated otherwise at checkout. Import duties and customs fees are not included — see our Shipping Policy.

We try to describe and photograph our products accurately, but colours and packaging may vary slightly from the images shown on screen. Product images are photographs and renderings of our product; where a person appears in a photograph, they are a model unless stated otherwise.

We may change prices, withdraw products or limit quantities at any time. If we have made an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it — we will always contact you first.

4. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you a confirmation that your order has been dispatched. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.

We may refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud, where a product is unavailable, or where the order breaches these terms. If we do, you will be refunded in full.

5. Shipping and returns

Delivery times, costs and destinations are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds, our 60-day money-back guarantee and — for EU and UK customers — your statutory right of withdrawal are set out in our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

6. About the product — important

Vitroswell products are cosmetic products. They are not medicines, they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition, and they have not been evaluated as pharmaceutical products by any medicines regulator.

Nothing on this website is medical advice. Hair is individual: results vary from person to person and we cannot promise a specific outcome for you. Our own guidance is that visible change, where it happens, is typically seen between weeks 8 and 12 of consistent daily use, and that the product is aimed at early thinning rather than areas that have been bald for years.

Please use the product as directed, on the scalp only. Patch test before first use if you have sensitive skin. Avoid contact with the eyes. Stop using it and seek advice if you experience irritation. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, are taking medication, have a diagnosed scalp or skin condition, or if your hair loss is sudden, patchy or rapid, speak to a doctor or pharmacist before use. Keep out of reach of children.

Ingredient information is provided on the product page and on the packaging. If you have a known allergy, please check it before ordering.

7. Reviews and content you submit

If you send us a review, photograph, comment or other content, you confirm it is your own honest experience and that you have the right to share it. You give us permission to publish and use it in connection with our products. We may decline to publish, or remove, content that is misleading, offensive, unlawful or not genuine. We do not offer payment or free product in exchange for a positive review.

8. Our content

The text, photographs, graphics, design and branding on this website belong to us or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website unlawfully, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, not to interfere with its operation, and not to use it to transmit malicious code or to scrape it in a way that burdens our systems.

10. Availability of the website

We aim to keep the store available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of it without notice.

11. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for foreseeable loss and damage caused by us where we fail to meet our obligations under these terms or fail to use reasonable care and skill.

We are not responsible for loss or damage that was not foreseeable, for business losses, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for defective products under applicable product liability law. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected by anything in these terms.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your own country's courts.
